Nuevo Laredo Mission Trip

When: February 20-27th, 2010

Where: Nuevo Laredo, Mexico

Cost: $850

Details: We will be continuing to serve along side our brothers and sisters in Christ through Calvary Lutheran Church in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.  Details are in the works, but I know for sure we will be working on projects that continue to support the ministry of Calvary and it’s 3 other Nuevo Laredo area Lutheran churches.  We also will be running a weekly vbs program for children and their families in these communities.

Planning Meetings: December 20th ‘09, January 17th ‘10, & February 7th ‘10 (12:30pm in Rooms 10-12)

Church Service Commissioning: February 6 & 7th ‘10

Outreach BBQ’s

When: Next date is for a Christmas Party, December 12th (carpooling from Faith at 11am, returning by 4pm)

Where: East Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Detroit, MI

What: A bbq to outreach to the community around East Bethlehem to connect them to the local church.  This time we will also be distributing gifts for all God’s children.
